Return Policy

You are purchasing this product As-Is. No warranties, express or implied, are included but are available through our warranty program. Often the product you are buying has already been used. We work very hard to represent it correctly. Small variances between the pictures/descriptions and the actual product are normal. As a result, there are no Returns, Cancellations or Chargebacks, unless expressly authorized by Zoetic Equipment.

If you are not happy with your Zoetic Equipment purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return. You may return your purchase within 15 days of receipt of the item. Items being returned must be in their original condition. The customer is responsible for return freight. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Zoetic Equipment. Product without an RMA will be rejected up receipt and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Include the Zoetic Equipment RMA in your package to help us process your return. We only accept returns from purchases made from Zoetic Equipment. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear. No credit shall be given until Zoetic Equipment receives the product. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If Zoetic Equipment covered the original shipping cost, that amount will be deducted from your refund.

For your protection, be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Zoetic Equipment cannot provide credit for packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.

All refunds will be credited in US funds in the payment form used for the original purchase less original freight and handling charges.
